Part Number: EZ4065C NSN: 7930-01-569-3636 Description: The EZClear Field Support – Aviation Repair Launch Kit (EZ4065C) comes packaged in a durable, hard shell case on wheels. For ease of use and making products readily available to user, the EZClear Aviation case houses all polishes, application buffer pads, tools and accessories needed for repair. This kit is packaged according to LEAN/SIX SIGMA supply inventory control. The weight limit for this kit is 45 pounds and is optimal for deploying units; it will provide repair inventory for 3-4 aircraft, depending of the severity of the damages. The tool provided in this model kit is a lightweight Cordless Battery Right Angle Drill. This tool comes with three rechargeable 18V XRP batteries for extended battery life and quicker repair jobs. Note: A typical four square foot window of an aircraft will require two charge cycles of batteries based on the battery life predictions per charge, at 1,000 RPM. Tool Weight 5.0 pounds. Use this EZCLEAR acrylic repair product to remove scratches, opaqueness, and blemishes from acrylic transparencies while they remain on-frame. This product is approved for use on U.S. Army Rotorcraft (reference TM: 1-1500-204-23-10C3).
