EZCLEAR Acrylic Window Repair (Hangar Style Launch Kit) Part Number: EZ2050A NSN: 7930-01-569-3631 U.S. Army TM: 1500-204-23-10 C3 FOR: Applications requiring the use of 110V tools. Purpose: EZCLEAR window repair products provide a simple, effective way to remove scratches and other blemishes from acrylic aircraft windows, while they remain in-frame on the aircraft. The EZCLEAR Launch Kit (EZ2050A) comes with everything needed for repair. Description: The EZ2050A comes packaged in a durable, hard shell case on wheels. For ease of use and making products readily available to user, the EZClear Aviation case houses all polishes, application buffer pads, tools and accessories needed for repair. This kit is packaged according to LEAN/SIX SIGMA supply inventory control. The Launch Kit includes a heavy duty polisher with electronic variable speed control. The heavy duty polisher is recommended for repair of large surfaces. This polisher has proven to be the most effective tool with weight of 8.5 pounds. Applications: Use this EZCLEAR acrylic repair product to remove interior window and exterior window scratches, opaqueness, and blemishes from acrylic transparencies while they remain on-frame. This product is approved for use on U.S. Army Rotorcraft (reference TM: 1-1500-204-23-10C3). If used according to instructions, this product will not cause distortion and has proven to restore clarity levels to with .4% of original levels. Geographical Use: The EZCLEAR 2050 Launch Kits are available in 230V tools and applicable cable interfaces for Europe and Middle East applications. EZ2050 Family: All EZ2050 Launch Kits are very similar in make up to the EZ2050A listed above. The major differences are the tools that are included within each case.
