Ordering Policies
Payment Options
Using Google Checkout, we are able to accept, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Order Processing
At this time, online ordering is available for some of our Commercial and General Aviation items. Ordering is made possible through Google Checkout. The Customer will have to create a user login with Google Checkout and process payment through their system. At any point in time, the Customer can click “edit order” to return to the Plastek website. This system is new and we are always looking for feedback. Please contact us if you experience any difficulty.
International Orders
We are, at this time, unable to process international orders via our ecommerce site. Please contact us directly via email at sales@plastekllc.com and tell us what you would like to order and what your shipping address is. We can email you back a quote for your approval. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. If you would like to speak with one of our representatives directly, we are more than happy to answer any of your questions. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
Safe and Secure
We use Google Checkout to process all of our online orders. Google is safe and secure, as well as is fast and easy to use. Click here to learn more about Google Checkout.
Shipping
Currently we provide shipping via Fed Ex Ground service. The amount due at time of payment is calculated by FedEx. FedEx calculates the shipping costs according to the Customer’s zip code and by the total weight of the Customer’s order. Other shipping options (expedited and international) are available, however the Customer must contact Plastek directly for order processing. Please know we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as FedEx does not offer shipping to them. Please provide an address other than a P.O. Box address for shipping.
Returns
We Guarantee our Products
Since we introduced our first product in 2003, we’ve backed up our products with this simple guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know--we will make it right. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis in the same condition in which it was received.
Simply return the item with a brief note explaining the nature of the return, including a daytime telephone number where you can be reached.
